*the Rising Fall*

From the onset,
I looked set
And took the first steps
Of my journey around wicked earth.

After a score,
I have paused
From hunger and thirst
But so strong was the call
So I packed up and moved on.

This earth sucks to its core.
Ask the lot,
And they will talk
Of those who took the big fall
Deep down the deep sands
And never again to be seen on land.

That’s the mystery of the earth that cause my stall.
But I have never felt lonely
On this path. For all
Are those who tred the edge of this saw.

I feel the warmth of your comfort
So give me more consult
As we conjure the remedy to our faults.
If we may fall, we would have , of us, risen many more.
